II. Building Content and Scale
According to the overall planning, the current construction is the near and far project. The near project is divided into first and second phase. On phase???±, we construct two 30000DWT general berths mainly for groceries. The bridge approach extend 7,020 meters outward to the -13.0m water depth place since the existing approach bank to build two 30,000-ton multipurpose berths. The project will be completed in August 2007. On phase????, we construct two 10,000 tons, two 20,000 tons and two 5,000 tons of berths to meet the need of anchoring for multi-tonnages. Along with the economic development, this project has planned a long-term project. The far project is to extend 2.5km outward on the basis of 7020-meter bridge approach, and to construct two 100,000-ton general docks in the -15.0m water depth place.
III. Estimated Investment and Economic Profit
In the near future, the estimated project investment is 2.7 billion Yuan, and investment return rate is 12.3%;
In the far future, the estimated project investment is two billion Yuan, and investment return rate reaches 16.3%.
Iv. Supporting Facilities
In DYPEDZ, water, electricity, roads, communications and other supporting facilities are available for project construction.
